WHO AM I?

Yuri Andrade
“… These are the forces that seem bad, but are actually teaching you how to realize your Personal Legend. They are preparing your spirit and your will, because there is a great truth on this planet: whoever you are or whatever you do, when you really want something, it is because that desire was born in the soul of the universe. It is your mission on earth.”

Tattoo artist in Rio de Janeiro for 5 years, he began his career not very early, at the age of 16, he drew images from the internet and things he liked, he lived in his own world but knew that it would lead to nothing lol.
At the age of 16, he enjoyed playing computer games. Inspired by the art and animations of realistic games, he looked for a game design course at Senac. He took a game design course and learned many graphic design techniques in Photoshop.
Still not knowing what he would do with his future, the young man accepted an invitation from a friend to work in a printing shop in the center of the parish that was above a very famous tattoo studio in the neighborhood, "Masters of Tattoo", founded by his future master Beicinho.
There begins the story of our young mystic when he passed through the wonderful portal of that place and was enchanted by the amount of art, paintings and sculptures, there he knew that was his place, he worked for 2 years in the printing shop and in his breaks and free time he learned about tattooing and drawing but it was still nothing serious, when the printing shop closed he continued in the studio but now as an apprentice tattoo artist, from then on things started to change for the better.
He worked every day, washing the tips and tips, cleaning, serving customers, taking photos and videos for the studio and when he had time to spare, he drew. He started getting friends to test the things he learned from the tattoo artists. His great friend Ricardo Silva gave him his first machine, a red Chinese-made machine. Soon after, Master Beicinho lent him the famous Micky Shapz. The years passed and he was doing more cool work in very fine lines and drawings in black and gray and color. Soon he started working in the studio and stayed there for 6 years.
Today, at 25 years old, Yuri has his own studio on Estrada dos Tres Rios in the parish.
-"For those who think that the life of an apprentice is easy, you are mistaken. I washed a lot of toe caps and tips, I woke up early to clean and prepare the studio for operation. It was hard and laborious to get to where I am, but it was worth every tear, sweat and blood."
